Graymoor

Our client had recently purchased this sprawling ranch and was excited to have more space for family and more space to work from home. Before moving in they worked with us alongside their designer to create exactly what they need. In order to expand the kitchen we relocated the basement stairs and installed new oak and metal railings. We used this new space to create an alcove for the new gas range and range hood, with a drybar and coffee station just beside it. The island was maximized to be the centerpiece of the kitchen with a waterfall countertop that compliments the sleek, black cabinets with full overlay doors and hand made tile for the backsplash The primary bedroom was previously an “in-law suite” with a full kitchenette and an accessible bathroom. We removed the kitchenette and replaced it with a large and bright walk-in closet with custom shelving. The primary bathroom was able to have room for a large double shower with two shower heads. The designer chose brushed brass plumbing fixtures and a bold emerald colored hand made tile for the shower that was installed in a vertical stack bond pattern to give a sense of height to the shower.
